FiftyEight: Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Got a change of heart? No worries!

At FiftyEight, we want you to love your clothes as much as we love creating them. That's why we offer a simple and flexible return and exchange policy.

Here's the rundown:

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at [email address removed]. Easy peasy!

• Returns & Exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

• Initiating an Exchange: Just shoot us an email at [email address removed] with your order ID, size purchased, and desired exchange size. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm everything.

• Pick-up & Processing: Once confirmed, we'll arrange a pick-up for your return within 1-3 business days. We typically receive the item back within 6-7 days. Upon receiving your return, we'll process your exchange within 2-3 business days, provided everything is in line with our policy.

• Self-Returns: If pick-up isn't available in your area, you can self-ship your return within 5 days of requesting it. Don't forget to include your order number and return ID on a piece of paper inside the package!

• Refunds: We don't offer straight-up cash refunds, but we'll provide you with a store credit or discount code as per our policy, which you can use towards future FiftyEight purchases.
